Durante fish industries was founded in 1999 by Ade Alakija and Willy Fleuren. The company is active in many aspects of fishfarming in Nigeria and are the leading service provider for the aquaculture industry in Nigeria at present.

Together with two local partners Fleuren & Nooijen has started a new aquaculture company, Jambo Fish Ltd, in Kenya. The company focuses on African catfish fingerling production and growout (both a hatchery and a growout farm are operational since May 2011) and later on marketing a range of African catfish products (f.e. fresh and smoked filets) for the local market. The strategy for Jambo Fish Ltd. Is to promote African catfish farming in Kenia and introducing new techniques and practices to help a still developing aquaculture industry.
Til Aqua is specialized in producing all male tilapia (NMT, Natural Male Tilapia) and internationally orientated selling tilapia broodstock, fry and consultancy for over 10 years.
PAL Anlagenbau designs and build farms for different kind of farm animals in Germany and since 5 years active in designing and selling catfish farms in close cooperation with Fleuren & Nooijen BV.
